The service
Pishkar is an assistant that answers customers' Instagram DMs on the seller's behalf, takes orders, and gives the seller a panel to manage products, orders and conversations. Service provider: [to be decided].
Your account
You sign up with an Iranian mobile number and an SMS code. The account owner is responsible for everything done with their account and their team members' accounts, and must protect access to their phone and account.
Free trial and subscription
Each mobile number can start the 14-day free trial once. If no paid plan is active after that, the bot pauses, the panel stays readable and your data is not deleted.
Until online subscription payment is live, the Pishkar team switches paid plans on. If the next period is not paid, service continues until the end of the grace period and then the bot pauses. Subscription refund terms: [to be decided].
Order payments
Customer payments go straight to the seller's own account or card. Pishkar never receives, holds or moves order money and is not a party to the sale between seller and customer.
Seller responsibilities
The seller is responsible for the accuracy of product information, prices, stock, shipping costs and shop policies. The bot answers only from this information.
The seller must follow Iranian law and Instagram's and Meta's terms and policies, and must not sell prohibited goods.
AI
Replies are written with the help of language models. Prices, discounts and stock are calculated by the system, not the model. Even so, a reply can be incomplete or wrong; review conversations and take over whenever needed.
Customers are told they are talking to an AI assistant and how to reach a person. AI usage is capped per plan.
Acceptable use
Using Pishkar for bulk promotional messages, deceiving customers, collecting data without consent, or getting around Instagram's limits is not allowed. Pishkar caps message sending to protect your account.
Suspension and termination
If these terms or Meta's rules are broken, or the security of the service is at risk, we may pause the bot or the account and will tell you why. You can disconnect Instagram or ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
Changes
If these terms change, we tell you through the panel or by SMS before the change applies. For any question, message us from the contact page.
