Pishkar is built for sellers whose orders come through Instagram DMs. Here is what it does today, and what is on the way.

Answers from your catalog: Reads price, stock, colours and sizes from the products you entered, and opening hours, shipping, payment methods and return policy from your settings. It never makes up what isn't there.
Orders taken and confirmed in chat: Builds the cart with the customer, collects address and phone, and shows a summary with system-calculated prices. The order is saved and stock reserved only after the customer explicitly confirms.
Card-to-card and cash on delivery: The customer gets your card number and sends a receipt; you approve or reject it in the panel. Unpaid orders are cancelled after the deadline you set, and their stock is released.
Order tracking in the DM: Customers ask about their order in the same chat and get the right answer without you sending a thing.
Inbox and takeover: Every chat in one place, with the ones the bot handed to you flagged. Take over any chat whenever you like, then hand it back.
Suggested or automatic: Get draft replies and send them yourself, or let replies and orders run automatically. You set the bot's tone and instructions.
Test chat: Before connecting your page, message the bot as a customer from the panel and see how it answers.
On your phone: The panel installs like an app, in Persian and right-to-left, and shows new messages and orders the moment they arrive.
